John Bradford Craine, CEO - JOVEC Consulting.
Brad has 20 years of environmental experience throughout the United States, is CIE, CMR, CMI certified, and a member of Indoor Air Quality Association & National Association of Mold Professionals.  He is certified with states of Texas & California in dealing with mold problems, The Environmental Institute for Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response, Indoor Air Quality Association, and Healthy Indoor Environments. Brad has experience with proven strategies for predicting and resolving IAQ problems, assessing Phase One and Phase Two, investigation & management of mold, hazardous materials operations, and DOT regulations in buildings.  He was responsible for the implementation of site and technical services, which consist of laboratory chemical packaging, on-site program management, household hazardous waste, facility closures, chemical cleaning, vacuum services, dewatering and pressing, remediation and site assessments.  He has conducted residential and commercial real estate investigations, comprehensive investigations with remediation protocol, and involved with preventive maintenance and monitoring.  Brad conducted indoor air quality investigations for commercial and residential properties, commercial facilities, builders’ new home testing, remediation oversight, pre and post clearance testing, and indoor air quality training.

John Lloyd Oliphant, President of Operations & Sales -
JOVEC Consulting.  John has CMR, CMI certification, and is a member of National Association of Mold Professionals & Indoor Air Quality Association.  He has 20 years of sales and manage experience throughout United States.  John has comprehensive knowledge of mold and its health effects, sampling strategies and protocols, understanding of situations including testing for hidden mold, report interpretation, data management, report generation, and proper techniques for mold removal and remediation.

Rachel Booher, Operations Manager JOVEC Consulting
Rachel has her Master's Degree in Environmental Planning and has more than ten years of operations and project management experience. Her experience specializes in contract negotiations, insurance claims, contractor coordination, data management and business development. She handles the big and the small of Jovec's operations and is always available to meet the needs and concerns of clients.
